10 Affirmations That Will Help You Love Your Body

I was never a fan of affirmations until I started doing them myself. Positive thinking and law of attraction are positive tools that can change your mindset and core beliefs.

Having the right mindset and a positive outlook on life can open up brand new opportunities and increase your self-esteem.

What are affirmations? 

Affirmations are positive statements or mantras used to encourage, motivate, believe, and assure.  

Words are important (what we say and how we say it). Our words connect us to people, the earth, the universe, and ourselves.

When you speak, you must be intentional. Be intentional with what you say to yourself and about yourself and your body! Use affirmations to boost your confidence for your body!

When we think good, we do good. And among other things, we create strong connections. Creating a strong connection with ourselves and our body increases self-love.

I have struggled with poor body image

I bet you didn’t know this, but I have struggled with low self-esteem and negative thinking about myself and body. It took me years to begin the process to break this pattern down, but it started with the will to change. That was the first step. I wanted to be better and by being better I wanted to think better.

Although this post is brief, the affirmations below will help you grow to love your body. They are also your first step to changing your mindset. Of course this will not immediately change your self esteem, but this will lay down the foundation to make room for confidence.

Once you see life in a better light, then and only then can you change your life. I don’t know where you are in life, but if you are reading this blog post, I know you are ready for a change.
