Purposeful Living – Calming Affirmations for Monday

Happy Monday everyone,

I hope you had a lovely weekend. I have been busy for the past two months and all I want to do is have a few minutes of peace and quiet. Lately, My Mondays have been chaotic, the complete opposite of calm. Coaching and writing have taken the majority of my time. It seems like the work doesn’t stop, I am grateful for the work, but stillness is needed.

Being productive is a good thing, but when we are over productive we miss out on our creative energy. When I am still, my creativity flows. The tranquil energy allows me to do things with precision. That energy pushes me forward and keeps me fresh. Do you know what I mean? The energy is ‘the calm before the storm’. The calm before you get sh** done!

Quiet down the chaos around you and focus on the energy inside you

Sometimes we need that tough motivation that will snatch out our edges and get us in shape, but other times we need quiet and calm words that will move us in the direction we need to go.

Today’s post will be short and sweet. I want to give you some affirmations that will quiet your worry, take off the pressure, and give you clarity. Remember you can’t think when you are full of angst. You can’t make the best decisions when you have people in your head telling you what to do. You make the right choices when you are clear and focused.

-Setting weekly intentions keeps focus and clear

-I release the anxiety inside of me and embrace the calmness
